To reset a user’s password on SAFAPPLY, please do follow the steps below.
Go to the SAFAPPLY admin login page.
Type in the username and password in the required fields and click on Login.
After logging in, click on “Manage Users” on the menu bar.
Click on the “ellipsis icon” in the “Action” column of the user you wish to activate or deactivate.
There would be a dropdown, where you should click on “Reset Password”.
There would be an “Reset Password” pop-up page. Now you can confirm your action by clicking on the “Next” button.
Here, you are to select how you would like to reset this user’s password; either by creating a password for the user or by sending a reset link to the user’s email.
To create a password for the user, type in the password in the required field (a) and click on the “Reset Password” button ().
To send a reset link to the user’s email, select the "Reset link" option and then click on the “Send Reset Email” button.
You have successfully reset the user’s password.
