To manage a department on SAFAPPLY, kindly follow the following steps:
Go to the SAFAPPLY admin login page.
Type in the username and password in the required fields and click on Login.
After logging in, click on the settings icon at the top right corner of the page.
Click on “Administrative levels” from the list as shown below:
Click on “Department” tab as shown below
To manage an existing department, click on the action icon that corresponds to the specific department. As it is shown below.
You can manage a department by simply selecting “edit department/delete department” from the action.
If you select edit department, carry out the operation by updating the department name and select faculty (a), ensure to save (b) as shown below:
You have successfully edited this department.
If you select delete department, There would be a pop-up for you to confirm your action by clicking on the “Proceed and delete it” button.
You have successfully deleted this department.
