How to create workflow Processes

Yes, you can customise your workflow to suit your institution plan. Here is how! 

  • Click on the setting icon on the right end side of your portal.

  • Select workflow process


  • Select create new workflow

               

                                                   



                                     New Workflow


  • Input the workflow name and workflow description then save



  • Select the newly saved workflow and this takes you to create the workflow step

  • Fill the fields (step name, processing step) the steps according to your institution’s admission flow (e.g, Registration-keep in view- conditional offer- accepted /declined) . 

  • Check the box if you have payment setup for this and indicate if the payment comes before or after the step is completed by the applicant

  • Select the email template you would like the applicants to receive at every step

  • Save step

  • Click on add step to add more workflow process


Remember, you can as well use the default workflow.
