How to create workflow Processes
Yes, you can customise your workflow to suit your institution plan. Here is how!
New Workflow
Select the newly saved workflow and this takes you to create the workflow step
Fill the fields (step name, processing step) the steps according to your institution’s admission flow (e.g, Registration-keep in view- conditional offer- accepted /declined) .
Check the box if you have payment setup for this and indicate if the payment comes before or after the step is completed by the applicant
Select the email template you would like the applicants to receive at every step
Save step
Click on add step to add more workflow process
Remember, you can as well use the default workflow.
